Иргэдийн бухимдлыг хамгийн их төрүүлж байсан асуудлын нэг болох нийтийн тээврийн салбарт шинэ бодлого хэрэгжүүлэх хэрэгтэйг аймгийн Засаг дарга Д.Батлут хэлсэн. Тиймээс уг асуудлыг хариуцсан бүх байгууллагууд хамтарч шинээр бодлого боловсруулж, хэрэгжүүлэх чиглэлийг өгсөн юм.

 Үүний дагуу ажлын хэсэг байгуулагдаж даргаар нь Засаг даргын орлогч С.Батжаргал томилогдсон.  Тус ажлын хэсгээс өнөөдөр мэргэжлийн байгууллагууд,  нийтийн тээврийн үйлчилгээ эрхлэгчид, Авто тээврийн төв, бодлогын хэлтсийн төлөөллийг багтаасан хурлыг зохион байгууллаа.
Энэхүү хурлаар нийтийн тээврийн үйлчилгээний буудал, авто зам түүний ачаалал зэргийг хэлэлцсэн. Мөн эхний буудлаас эцсийн буудал хүртэл дамжин суух боломжтой эсэх, иргэдийг тогтсон буудалд бууж, суух соёлыг төлөвшүүлэх, такси үйлчилгээнд явж буй тээврийн хэрэгслүүдийг хаана, хэрхэн байршуулах талаар ярилцжээ. Түүнчлэн Вокзалын чиглэлийн нийтийн тээврийн үйлчилгээний хүртээмжийг хэрхэн сайжруулах талаар санал сонссон аж.
Түүнээс гадна нийтийн тээврийн үйлчилгээний Монгол Улсын стандартыг мөрдүүлж олон улсын стандартад хэзээ нийцэх зэрэг алсын харааг бодлогын баримт бичигт тусгахад анхаарч буйгаа Засаг даргын орлогч С.Батжаргал онцоллоо. “Нийтийн тээврийн үйлчилгээ эрхлэгч аж ахуйн нэгжүүд ахмад настан, хөгжлийн бэрхшээлтэй иргэдийг үнэ төлбөргүй тээвэрлэснийхээ төлөө жил бүр төрөөс нөхөн олговор авдаг. Хэрэв нөхөн олговор авсан л бол үүргээ биелүүлэх хэрэгтэй. Хамгийн гол нь нийтийн тээврийн үйлчилгээнд иргэд сэтгэл хангалуун байх ёстой” гэж Засаг даргын орлогч С.Батжаргал хэллээ.
