Эрдэнэт үйлдвэр ХХК-ийн Төлөөлөн Удирдах Зөвлөл хуралдаж, үйлдвэрийн 2017 оны бизнес төлөвлөгөөг баталсан байна. Эрдэнэт үйлдвэр ХХК-ийн бизнес төлөвлөгөөг боловсруулах ажлын хэсгийнхэн 2017 оны төлөвлөгөөгболовсруулахдаа өнөөдрийн хүрсэн үйлдвэрлэлийн болон эдийн засгийн үр ашгийн түвшнийг бууруулахгүй байх үндсэн чиглэлийг баримталжээ. Тодруулбал, үйлдвэрийн өнөөгийн түвшин хэвээр хадгалагдаж, үйл ажиллагаа хэвийн жигд үргэлжлэх ёстой. Эцсийн гол үзүүлэлт бол үр ашиг байх болно гэдэг зорилгыг дэвшүүлсэн байна. 2017 онд Эрдэнэт үйлдвэр 37 орчим тэрбум төгрөгийн цэвэр ашигтай ажиллахаар төлөвлөгөөндөө тусгасан байна.

Өнгөрсөн оны тайлангийн дүнг хэлэлцэх  өргөтгөсөн хуралдаанаар 2017 оны  бизнес төлөвлөгөөг  хэрхэн биелүүлж,  хэрэгжүүлэх талаар үйлдвэрийн бүх газар хэлтсийн дарга, цех нэгжийн удирдлага, инженер техникийн ажилтнуудтай ярилцаж, санал бодлоо солилцлоо. Үйлдвэрлэлийн  жигд ажиллагааг хангаж, үр ашгаа төлөвлөсөн хэмжээнд хүргэх зорилтоо биелүүлэх, үндсэн болон туслах цехүүд, газар хэлтсийн  ажлын уялдаа холбоонд анхаарч ажиллах нь чухал гэдгийг энэ үеэр онцолсон юм. Мөн үйлдвэрийн хэтийн төлөвийг 15 жилээр авч үзэж, төлөвлөх нь зүйтэй гэсэн шийдвэрийг гаргалаа.
