Хийж бүтээх цэл залуу насандаа илгээлтээр ирж юу ч үгүй хоосон талд хөлд тавьж, хөгжлийн гарааг нь эхлүүлж их бүтээн байгуулалтанд оролцож явсан илгээлтийн эзэд өдгөө 70 шахам насыг давсан байна. 40 жилийн настай Эрдэнэтийг бүтээсэн ахмадууд өнөөдөр тэтгэврийн зээлээс зээлийн хооронд, өөрсдийн гэсэн орон байр, газаргүй, бусдын асаргаа сувилгаанд байдаг гээд тулгамдаж буй асуудлууд тэдэнд их байдаг гэнэ. Иймд дараах хүсэлтийг аймгийн удирдлагуудад тавьлаа. Аймгийн удирдлагууд болон Эрдэнэт үйлдвэрээс анхдагч илгээлтийн эздэд тусламж дэмжлэг үзүүлэхэд олон холбоод байдаг учраас хамтарч ажиллахад хүндрэлтэй байдаг юм байна. Иймд төрөөс бодлогоор дэмжихэд эдгээр Анхдагч илгээлтийн эздийн холбоод нэгдэх шаардлагатай гэсэн байр суурьтай байна. Манай аймагт Анхдагч илгээлтийн эздийн 5,6 холбоо үйл ажиллагаагаа явуулдаг, аймгийн удирдлагууд болон эдгээр холбоодод харьяалагддаг гишүүд нэгдсэн нэг холбоотой байх нь зүйтэй гэж үзэж байгаа бол холбоодын дарга нар эсрэг байр суурьтай байдаг тухай яригддаг.
