Эрт цагт хүмүүс олон өдрөөр заримдаа гучаас дөчин хоног мацаг барьдаг байсан нь тэр үед хүмүүс байгальдаа ойр амьдарч илүү их хөдөлгөөнтэй байж мэдрэлийн даралт түгшүүргүй байсан болохоор хүч тэнхээтэй, олон хоногийн мацгийг даах чадвартай байлаа. Харин орчин үеийн хүмүүс бохирдолтод хэт дарагдан урт удаан хугацааны мацгийг тэсвэрлэж чадахгүй болсон байна. Иймээс богино хугацаанд тогтмол хамгийн бага нь нэг хоногийн мацаг барьж нар мандсаны дараа биеэ цэвэршүүлэхийг зөвлөж байна.

Сард хоёр удаа сарны байршлын дагуу тодорхой өдрүүдэд мацаг үйлддэг. Мацгийн үед цэвэр агаарт явж цэнгэг агаарыг гүнзгий амьсгалж, бие махбодын дасгалыг идэвхтэй хийх хэрэгтэй. Энэ нь цусны эргэлтийг идэвхжүүлж хог шаарыг түргэн цэвэрлэж хөөхөд ач холбогдолтой. Мацаг барих хамгийн шилдэг арга бол юу ч идэж уухгүй байх явдал юм. Ус уухгүй байх өөр нэг шалтгаан нь бие махбод дахь сарны нөлөөлөлтэй холбоотой юм. Мацгийг гэнэт огцом бус аажим дасгаж барих хэрэгтэй. Та анхны удаа мацаг барьж буй бол жимс болон сүүгээр дагнаж болно. Дараагийн удаа жимс буюу жимсний шүүстэй, дараагийн удаа зөвхөн усаар эцэст нь юу ч идэхгүй, уухгүйгээр мацаг барьж үзээрэй.

Ийм замаар та аажмаар мацаг барихад хялбархан зохицох болно. Хүнд өвчтэй буюу бие султай хүмүүс бүтэн мацаглах албагүй, хагас мацаглаж болно. Үдийн хоолноос хойш дараа өдрийн өглөө хүртэл сард дөрвөн удаа мацаглаж болно. Мөн жимсний шүүс, сүү, навчит ногооны шүүстэй мацаглаж болно. Хүүхэд, жирэмсэн болон хөхүүл эхчүүд мацаг барих хэрэггүй.

“Мацаг барьж байх үедээ хоолоо ядуучуудад, усаа ургамалд хүртээж байх хэрэгтэй юмаа” гэж иогийн их мэргэжилтэн хэлжээ.

Мацаг барьдаг хүмүүс мацгийн өдрүүдэд ухаан санаа нь тод ойлгомжтой байж эрч хүч, эрүүл байдлыг мэдэрдэг. Харин эхний удаад бие махбодь чинь хэт нэвчсэн хорыг гадагшлуулж эхэлж буй учраас таныг мацаг нэлээд сульдааж болно. Чухам энэ бол мацаг үйлчилж буйн шинж юм. Нөгөө талаар бие махбодид удаан хугацаагаар тагларсан хортой хаягдлууд нь цусанд нэвчиж гадагшлан ялгарахад бэлэн болж буй нь тэр юм. Цагаавтар өнгөөр хучигдсан салст бүрхэвч ходоод, нарийн гэдсэнд хуримтлагдсан нян, хог хаягдлууд хэлээр дамжин гардаг. Чухам энэ үед хэлээ маш сайн хусаж хорыг цэвэрлэх хэрэгтэй. Энэ гадагшилж байгаа процесс бол цэвэршилтийн нэг үзүүлэлт юм. Ходоод хонхолзоход хэрэв ядарлаа тэвчихгүйгээр ихээр идэж эхэлбэл мацгийн хамаг үр ашгийг баллах болно. Мацгийн үе дэх чанд сахилга нь таныг сэтгэлийн тэнхээтэй болгоно. Оройн хоол идсэнээс 10-12 цаг болоод биемахбод өөрийгөө ямар нэг хэмжээгээр цэвэрлэж байдаг бөгөөд хорт хаягдлууд цусанд орж түүгээр гадагшлуулагдаж байдаг. Хүмүүс өглөө босоод түргэхэн хоол идэхийг яардаг. Чухам энэ байдал нь дээрхи процессыг зогсоодог байна. Зарим хүмүүс бие нь тавгүйтэхэд шөнө дунд босч хоол иддэг. Өөрөөр хэлбэл тэд хуримтлагдсан хорын шингээлтийг зогсоохын тулд ходоодоо хоолоор дүүргэж байна гэсэн үг. Энэ бүх өөрчлөлт нь хүний биед дотоод цэвэрлэгээ хийхийг шаардаж буй сануулга дохио мөн. Хүн хэд хэдэн удаа мацаг барьсны дараа бие нь цэвэршиж эдгээр сулралын мэдрэмжүүд нь арилдаг. Бүр огт өлсдөггүй. Учир нь сахар цардуул мэтийн залгидаг биет байхгүй болдог. Мөн ажлын эрч хүч сэтгэн бодох чадвар буурахын оронд улам нэмэгдэж байгааг илүү мэдэрнэ. Мацаг яаж тайлах вэ?

Мацаг хэрхэн тайлах нь мацаг барихаасаа чухал юм.
