“Улсын хөгжлийг ярья гэвэл Хүний хөгжлийг,  Хүний хөгжлийг ярья гэвэл эрүүл мэндийн асуудлыг ярих хэрэгтэй” хэмээн Орхон аймгийн Засаг дарга Д.Батлут  Нийгмийн эрүүл мэндийн үндэсний төвийн ерөнхий захирал Б.Цогтбаатарыг хүлээн авч уулзах үеэрээ хэллээ. Мөн нийгмийн эрүүл мэндийн чиглэлээр авч хэрэгжүүлж буй зарим асуудлаа танилцуулсан юм.

Тухайлбал,  хөнгөлөлттэй үнээр олгох эмийн санхүүжилтийг  өмнөх оныхоос 30  хувь нэмэгдүүлж 850 сая төгрөг,  хувийн эмнэлэгүүдэд  Нийгмийн даатгалын сангаас олгодог санхүүжилтийг нэг тэрбум 43 сая  төгрөг болгосон байна.
Түргэн тусламжийн үйлчилгээг шуурхай, хүртээмжтэй, чанартай хүргэх зорилгоор Орхон аймгийн хэмжээнд “Түргэн тусламжийн төв” байгуулах саналаа ЭМЯ-д хүргүүлсэн байна. Уг төв байгуулагдсанаар 20 минутын хугацаанд түргэн тусламжийн бүх дуудлагад хүрч үйлчилнэ  гэж тооцож байгаа юм.
Орхон аймгийн БОЭТ-ийн амбулоториор үйлчлүүлж буй нийт иргэдийн 41 хувь нь өвчний улмаас ханддаггүй буюу ажилд орох, хүүхдийн зусланд амрах, эрүүл мэндийн чөлөө авах, жолооны үнэмлэх авахад шаардагдах бичиг авах зорилгоор хандсан байдаг байна. Энэ нь үзлэг оношилгоонд хамрагдахаар ирсэн өвчтөнтэй дугаар болон цаг булаацалдаж хүндрэл учруулдаг. Иймд эрүүл мэндийн урьдчилан сэргийлэх болон дээрхтэй холбоотой асуудлыг “Эрдэнэт үйлдвэр” ХХК-ийн “Эмнэлэг сувилалын алба”-д шилжүүлж ажиллавал оновчтой гэж ЭМГ-ын дарга М.Баттүвшин хэллээ. Энэ асуудлыг үйлдвэртэй гэрээ хийхдээ ярьж оновчтой хувилбарыг гаргая гэж Засаг дарга Д.Батлут онцоллоо.
Түүнчлэн “Элэгний вирусгүй Эрдэнэт” аянг 2016 оны 9 дүгээр сараас хэрэгжүүлж албан байгууллагууд ажилчидаа элэгний В, С, Д вирус илрүүлэх шинжилгээ өгч вакцинд хамруулж эхэлсэн байна.  В, С вирустай эхээс төрсөн хүүхдэд вакцин хийхэд орон нутгаас анх удаа 30 сая төгрөг төсөвлөсөн.
Мөн “Нийгмийн эрүүл мэндийн төв” байгуулахад орон нутгаас 98 сая төгрөг төсөвлөсөн нь орон нутгийн удирдлагууд иргэдийн эрүүл мэндэд хэрхэн анхаарч ажиллаж байгаагийн илрэл гэж Эрүүл мэндийн газрын дарга М.Баттүвшин онцолсон юм.
Мөн Монгол Улсын гавьяат дөрвөн эмч иргэдэд үнэ төлбөргүй үзлэг, оношилгоо хийж байна.  Монгол улсад тохиолдож буй нийт өвчлөлийн 10 хувь нь удамшлын, 10 хувь нь эрүүл мэндийн байгууллага, 25 хувь нь орчны эрүүл ахуй, 55 хувь нь тухайн иргэний амьдралын хэв маяг, зан үйлтэй холбоотой байна  гэж Нийгмийн эрүүл мэндийн үндэсний төвийн захирал Б.Цогтбаатар хэллээ. Иймд Орхон аймаг хүн амын эрүүл мэндийн асуудлаа соргогоор харж олон ажил эхлүүлж, Хүний хөгжилд анхаарч байгаад талархаж байна гэсэн юм.
