Тус байранд ажиллаж буй “Анхны оч” ӨЭМТ-ийн ахлаг М.Дулмаа хэлэхдээ өрөө тасалгаа, бие засах газрын талбай холбогдох стандартад зааснаас хэд дахин бага гэсэн.

Уг байранд 1, 4, 5-р хорооллын иргэдэд үйлчлэх өрхийн эмнэлгүүд  үйл ажиллагаа явуулж 20 мянган хүнд анхан шатны эрүүл мэндийн тусламж, үйлчилгээг үзүүлнэ. Тус барилгын ажилд төсвөөс 1.2 тэрбум төгрөг зарцуулсан бөгөөд гүйцэтгэгчээр “Сэхүүн чоно” ХХК ажилласан. Тус компани ажлаа 2016 оны 6-р сард эхэлсэн. Явцын хяналт тавьсан хийсэн Хот байгуулалт барилга захиалагчийн албаны Хяналтын инженер Б.Болдбаатар ярихдаа “Санхүүжилт нь саатсанаас шалтгаалаад өнгөрсөн оны 10-р сард ашиглалтад орох байсан барилга энэ оны 1-р сард ашиглалтад орсон. Яах араггүй өвлийн улиралд хийгдсэн ажил болохоор гаднах бетон зэрэгт хөлдөлт үүссэн. Улсын комисс хүлээж авахдаа бид эдгээр ажлыг дулааны улиралд дахиж хийнэ гэсэн протокол үйлдэж тэмдэглэсэн” гэсэн юм.
