 Монгол Улсад Уул уурхайн салбар үүсэж хөгжсөний 95 жилийн ойг тэмдэглэн өнгөрүүлэх ажлын хүрээнд Уул уурхай, хүнд үйлдвэрийн яам, Ашигт малтмал газрын тосны газар болон уул уурхайн салбарын аж ахуйн нэгжүүд хамтран бүсийн чуулга уулзалтуудыг зохион байгуулахаар төлөвлөжээ. Энэ хүрээнд  уг чуулга уулзалтуудын эхнийх нь болох уул уурхайн салбарын Төвийн бүсийн чуулган өнөөдөр Орхон аймагт эхэллээ. Төвийн бүсийн чуулга уулзалтыг Уул уурхай хүнд үйлдвэрийн яам, Ашигт малтмал газрын тосны газар, Эрдэнэт үйлдвэр ХХК хамтран зохион байгуулж байна.  Чуулганы үйл ажиллагаанд Улсын Их Хурлын гишүүн А.Ундраа, Д.Дамба-Очир, Н.Амарзаяа, Уул уурхай, хүнд үйлдвэрийн яамны төрийн нарийн бичгийн дарга Г.Нандинжаргал, тус яамны Уул уурхайн бодлогын газрын дарга Ж.Ганбаатар, Орхон аймгийн ИТХТ-ийн дарга П.Пүрэвлхагва, Засаг дарга Д.Батлут, Эрдэнэт үйлдвэр ХХК-ийн Ерөнхий захирал Х.Бадамсүрэн, Тэргүүн дэд захирал Б.Шинэбаатар болон Булган, Төв, Сэлэнгэ, Дархан-Уул, Өвөрхангай зэрэг төвийн бүсийн аймгуудын ИТХ-ын дарга нар, уул уурхайн салбарын төрийн бус байгууллагуудын төлөөлөгчид, эрдэмтэн судлаачид, ахмад уурхайчид оролцож байна.
   Төвийн бүсийн чуулганд оролцогчдод Монгол Улсын Ерөнхий сайд Ж.Эрдэнэбат мэндчилгээ илгээж, амжилт хүссэнийг  чуулганы нээлтийн эхэнд сонордуулав. Уг мэндчилгээнд “Монгол улсын уул уурхайн салбар бол манай орны эдийн засгийн тулгуур хүч, бид түүхий эдээ экспортлогч орноос үйлдвэрлэгч орон болж хөгжих нь эн тэргүүний зорилт” гэдгийг онцлон тэмдэглэжээ. Мөн нээлтийн ажиллагаанд тус чуулганыг хамтран зохион байгуулагч Уул уурхай, хүнд үйлдвэрийн яамны төрийн нарийн бичгийн дарга Г.Нандинжаргал, Эрдэнэт үйлдвэр ХХК-ийн Ерөнхий захирал Х.Бадамсүрэн нар баяр хүргэн үг хэлж, чуулганы үйл ажиллагаанд амжилт хүслээ.
   Төвийн бүсийн чуулган нь нэгдсэн болон салбар хуралдаанаар дамжуулан уул уурхайн салбарын цогц асуудлыг хөндөн хэлэлцэж байна.
   Нэгдсэн хуралдаанд Улсын Их Хурлын гишүүн А.Ундраа “Хариуцлагатай уул уурхай: Шинэ үе-Шинэ хандлага”, УУХҮЯ-ны Уул уурхайн бодлогын газрын дарга Ж.Ганбаатар “Уул уурхайн салбарын өнөөгийн байдал, хөгжлийн чиг хандлага, тулгамдаж буй асуудал” сэдвээр илтгэл тавьж, дээрх сэдвүүдээр асуулт хариулт өрнүүллээ. Чуулганы эхний нэгдсэн хуралдааныг Уул уурхайн мэргэжлийн холбоодын зөвлөлийн ерөнхийлөгч Д.Цогбаатар удирдав.
     Чуулганы салбар хуралдаанууд нь “Уул уурхайн салбарын эрхзүйн орчин”, “Хүнд үйлдвэрийн салбарын хөгжлийн гарц”, “Уул уурхайн салбар ба орон нутгийн хамтын ажиллагаа” гэсэн 3 үндсэн чиглэлээр илтгэл хэлэлцүүлж, мэргэжилтнүүд санал бодлоо илэрхийлж байна.
     Төвийн бүсийн чуулган нь  Уул уурхайн салбарын чадавх, цаашдын хөгжлийн талаар хэлэлцэж, зөвлөмж гаргана.
