Харин  Олон улсын хүүхдийн эрхийг хамгаалах өдрийг тохиолдуулан  “Хотол хөгжлийн төв ТББ” –ын  залуус  0-6 насны гэртээ байдаг  хөгжлийн бэрхшээлтэй балчир үрсийг  бас баярлууллаа.
