Монгол түмний үндэсний их баяр наадам болоход сарын хугацаа үлдээд байна. Орхон аймгийн ИТХ-ын тэргүүлэгчдийн хуралдаанаар  Ардын хувьсгалын ойн баяр наадмыг зохион байгуулах ажлын хэсгийг байгуулан, даргаар нь Засаг даргын орлогч А.Түвшинжаргалыг томилсон байна.  Энэ жилийн баяр наадмын үйл ажиллагаанд 100 сая төгрөг зарцуулах шийдвэрийг аймгийн ИТХ-ын хуралдаанаас баталжээ. Баяр наадмын комисс нь  хот тохижилт, соёл урлаг, бөх, морь, сур харваа зэрэг дэд ажлын хэсгийн бүрэлдэхүүнтэй байх бөгөөд удахгүй аймгийн Засаг даргын захирамжийн  дагуу эдгээр дэд ажлын хэсгүүд байгуулагдах ажээ.
Энэ жилийн наадмын үйл ажиллагааг зохион байгуулалтын өндөр түвшинд тэмдэглэх зорилтыг ажлын хэсгээс гаргажээ.
