Сонгуулийн тухай хуулинд заасны дагуу 2017 оны Ерөнхийлөгчийн сонгуулийн сурталчилгаа 06 сарын 24ны 00:00 цагт дууслаа.

ЕРӨНХИЙЛӨГЧИЙН СОНГУУЛИЙН ТУХАЙ ХУУЛЬ:

28 дугаар зүйл.Сонгуулийн өмнөх ухуулга, сурталчилгаа

1.Нэр дэвшигчийн сонгуулийн сурталчилгааг нэр дэвшигч энэ хуулийн 23 дугаар зүйлийн 1-3 дахь хэсэгт заасны дагуу бүртгүүлж, үнэмлэх авсан өдрөөс эхлүүлнэ. /Энэ хэсгийг 2009 оны 1 дүгээр сарын 16-ны өдрийн хуулиар өөрчлөн найруулсан. /

2.Сонгуулийн сурталчилгааг санал хураах өдрөөс 24 цагийн өмнө буюу санал хураах өдрийн өмнөх өдрийн 00 цагаас өмнө зогсооно. Энэ үеэс эхлэн сонгууль явагдаж дуустал ямар нэг хэлбэрээр ухуулга, сурталчилгаа хийх, санал хураах өдөр хүртэл 7 хоногийн хугацаанд олон нийтийн санал асуулга явуулах, санал асуулгын дүн мэдээг нийтлэхийг хориглоно.

Тиймээс энэ хуулийн дагуу зургадугаар сарын 6-нд эхэлсэн сонгуулийн сурталчилгаа дууслаа.
